My little shop baby turned two this month and all she wanted was a Baby Party! She is obsessed with her baby dolls and earlier this summer decided she wanted a baby themed birthday. I was all about bringing her dream to life! Her favorite leggings by Pink Chicken with a girl pattern on them were my inspiration for the color scheme and design. I even scoured the resale internet to find outfits in the same pattern for the girls to wear! Special thank you to Zarah with Z Jeree Photography for capturing the day.
The party was based around the idea of taking care of your baby. Each guest got a cute baby doll to play with. The Dinky Dinkum collection from Olli Ella had perfect vibes to go with my theme and Genevieve always wants one when we go into the shop. Thanks to my friend, I had cute stands I could use for baby stations. They adopted a baby at the nursery, which served as our backdrop to the party thanks to our wonderful balloon team. They added baby balloons and made bottle balloons that were a big hit. G only wants to feed her baby with a balloon bottle now! Next they took their baby to the changing table. I ordered these cute felt diapers and grabbed little towels for baby blankets. The final station had doll food and bottles to feed their babies. It was so cute to see how they interacted with their babies!
Desserts were left up to the masters, cookies by Sweet Sugarlicious and cupcakes by September Moon Cupcakery. I sent Wendi and Cara pictures of the dress pattern and they brought my vision to life! I pulled some fun baby shower party supplies and played with the mint and pinks from the pattern. G is obsessed with her "baba" so I decided to get some cheap bottles and serve the children juice.
Thank you to everyone that helped bring this party to life! Genevieve had the best time and wanted nothing to do with family pics, just wanted to party with her friends and babies!
