Orders can be made through the website by clicking through the products and adding them to your cart. If you are having issues adding the items to your cart please contact us, so we can assist you with the issue.
If you have an special requests, feel free to leave a note and/or contact us separately to ensure we note your request.
Custom orders will need to have the specified details and will have a longer processing time.
Shipping costs will be added to your total once you begin checkout. We use a flat rate of $8.50 for shipping. Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, regular shipping. You will be notified once your package has shipped.
If you need anything to arrive in a quicker manner, please contact us in order to ensure we are able to package and get your order out as quickly as possible.
If you are local in Wichita, KS and would like to pickup your order, choose local pickup during checkout.
Custom orders and large quantity orders will have a longer processing period, up to 2 weeks depending on the order. Please contact us before ordering if the order needs to be rushed and appropriate charges can be added.
If you would like to ship the order directly to the gift receiver, please let us know and we can add your gift message, plus remove any of the prices from the order. We will always try to make the order fun to open and a good surprise, especially when the order is for a gift!
If your purchase disappoints you through an error of our own, we will gladly pay for return shipping, correct the mistake, and ship the item back to you. If the item is not what you had in mind, we will accept a return of any unopened products, and issue a refund minus the cost of shipping once the item is back to our studio. Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Holiday items must be returned before the holiday, or will be returned at clearance price. If something is broken when opened, please return and we will work with the vendor to correct the item. If an item in damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the box & products, we will take care of reporting to the shipping company, and get you new products or a refund.
Returns are not accepted on sale items.
Custom items are non-refundable, unless there is a mistake.
